The unit works great. It starts up very quickly every time. I like the fact that you can direct the two heads separately. The frame is fairly sturdy but I didn't like the way it clamped on to the bottle. I welded a wider plate across the bottom and welded the T-brace plus added a carry handle. Now it is very strong.

I had a single head heater prior to buying this one (double heater) and was amazed at the heat that it put out and how quickly it heated up the area. Great value.

I received my heater in less than 5 days and that was with free shipping. The heater was easy to install however it did not include the 3 bolts that were required for set-up. Once I found the blots needed, I hooked up the heater to a propane bottle and it worked just as expected. Overall the unit looks a little flimsy but it is exactly the same unit that is sold at Menards for $20 more than I paid at Amazon. I've only used it a few times but so far it seems just fine.

Out of the box one of Texsport burners didn't stay lit, even after holding the button for well beyond a minute, and making repeated tries over a few weeks. I called the company but they indicated I needed to talk with the vendor from whom I purchased it (ie, Amazon). Amazon, in turn, indicated I needed to talk with Texsport. So I am stuck with a defective product, which is too bad. It seemed a good deal for the price and the burner that does work puts out a good amount of heat. (Another possible shortcoming: the dishes/burners can't be re-aimed, but are both fixed aiming straight forward. The option to slightly angle one or both of the dishes out to the side might spread the heat out, allowing the Texsport to work better providing heat for a small group.)
